Tailored specifically for people who have been practicing various arms of wellness for and have achieved a certain level of satisfaction with themselves. These videos are designed to get maximum amount of benefit for minimal time put in, and continue to draw on pre-existing experience and skills. This is a great supplemental step for those who have gone through the "Enhance" program- and who are now looking to practice their skills. We have found that CONSISTENCY is the most important aspect of maintaining your wellness- thus recommend using a combination of videos you fall in love with and new videos 2-3 times weekly.
