No matter if you are new to fitness or have taken a long break, had an injury or are looking to improve certain aspects of your overall wellness, this collection is for people who want to Get Back to Baseline. Each video can be used multiple times per week to truly strengthen, lengthen and change your body. Using these lessons as a guide, you will learn tools that increase your self awareness, mastery of movement and develop a deep sense of connection to your body, mind and spirit. For rest results, we have found that CONSISTENCY AND REPETITION are the key to return to your baseline. Practice 4x weekly for best results.
