This is an excellent warm up for more vigorous lower body work, such as a running, hiking or biking. Using functional movement, you'll reset alignment in your knees, feet and hips, mobilize the joints and increase circulation, and get a yummy foot massage in the process. This sequence can be incorporated into a daily routine, and condensed to 5-10 minutes.
