The retreat begins with a feel-good morning meditation session. This mindful practice is especially potent if it’s done soon upon waking, and before “logging in” to life.
You will need a mat/meditation cushion, meditation stones (optional), and something you feel cozy in. Try lighting a candle, and set up lying down or sitting up (whatever is most comfortable for you) in your favorite quiet space.
