Hot Lemon & Ginger Tonic Recipe:
- Favorite mug
- 1 lemon
- 1 oz fresh ginger
- Optional add-ins to aid in deeper cleanse + reduce inflammation
* teaspoon of acv (apple cider vinegar)
* dash of cayenne
Add 8 oz hot alkaline water, stir...enjoy...
