A class to challenge core activation, stability and strength, this sequence can be done in conjunction with our Enhance Deep Core class or on it's own. We'll use a Gertie ball (deflate about half-way) to test our balance, release muscles that regularly get over used and impede abdominal work, and properly activate to get deep into our core.
