Below is an outline of practices to follow for the next 5 days, including things to STAY AWAY from. These guidelines should be applied for the entirety of the course, and foods that have been limited should be reintegrated slowly after the course ends. Some of the practices you may choose to keep on as a permanent change because you LOVE what it adds to your world.
As with all things, do the best that you can, and don’t beat yourself up if you slip. Remember, this course is for you! Negative self-talk, hard lines, and judgement take away from the gift you are giving yourself. This week is meant to heighten your immunity and raise your vibration, while giving you the tools you need for HAPPY LIVING.
Course Guidelines
1. Cut out ALL booze and sugar. PERIOD.
2. Omit anything white: flour, potatoes, cheese, etc.. Toothpaste is fine 😉
3. Limit carbohydrates including fruit and gluten-free options.
4. Notice your unnecessary scrolling through social media and try to cut that time in half (daily).
5. Limit broadcast media consumption to only when necessary (If there’s a professional need, etc, that’s fine.)
6. Drink 70 – 100 oz. of water (room temperature or warm) each day. A good hack for this is to keep a 24 – 32 oz bottle with you throughout the day- aim to fill it about 3 times. Additionally, adding half a lemon to your water will more effectively detox your kidneys.
7. Turn your TV and computer off and your phone on airplane mode at least 30 minutes before bed AND until at least 30 minutes after you wake up. This gives you time to be with yourself before your day begins and ends, and helps create a distinction between how you actually feel vs. what the outside world & social media may influence you to feel.
8. Try to review your daily course outline at the same time every day so that you can schedule space in your calendar for yourself accordingly.
9. Lastly, prepare for the week by creating a supportive environment for success. Watch the video in the “Set Up Your Space” section of this page.
OK, that’s it!! Enjoy, have fun, take it at your own pace, and remember…this is all about SELF-LOVE so BE NICE to yourself.
