This awesome cardiovascular, full body work-out consists of a 5 minute warm-up that targets joint mobility and flexibility, followed by 3 dynamic training circuits. 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest allows the body to optimize time invested for maximum physical benefits and mental clarity. If available to you, have a looped resistance band or knotted resistance band handy.
