Body Alchemy is a full-body stretch & release style class to reset and refresh the body, mind and spirit. The first class in our Let’s Glow Series May 1st - 7th, Brigitte will begin by introducing you to your week ahead and provide additional “Glow-To’s,” or tips & tricks to get the most out of your workouts.
Body Alchemy incorporates breathwork, mindful movement for release, a targeted area of the body to focus on, and a short 1-3 min guided meditation. All levels welcome.
