Prenatal content for a healthy and balanced mind, body and soul. Prenatal movement sequencing is appropriate for all three trimesters unless otherwise noted, but please listen to your doctor and body daily- pull back and modify whenever you may need it. Please have accessories for support and comfort handy, such as yoga blocks, pillows, blankets and cushions.
