A lot of energy is used when we block our more challenging emotions, which in turn, heightens feeling down or fatigued. When we allow ourselves to truly feel how we feel, rather than avoid, our awareness expands and we shed light over more of ourselves. When our system has more light, our bodies, minds and hearts will naturally process more, and release much negativity. Our awareness or attention is one of the most powerful tools we have access to. Integrating simple awareness practices to increase this skill will bring much relief, healing and peace.
