There's a powerful distinction between thinking about what we're grateful for versus experiencing it. When we take the time to embody gratitude, rather than solely acknowledge it, we invite the resonance into our bodies and our whole being flushes with the experience. This wave of pleasure changes our brain chemistry and floods our system with feel good hormones like oxytocin.
These sorts of embodiment practices reset the mind, heart and body, allowing us to face all that we must with a deeper sense of reliance and energy. The more we practice, the easier it becomes.
